1. J.P. Hieronymus Lot Marker Stones Marker
Inscription. These two concrete posts were moved in 2015, from their original location at 60 NE Vine Street, where they functioned as property line markers for a lot purchased in 1906 by Mr. J.P. Hieronymus. It was there, that J.P. built his new home and the Carriage House, now located at this site. Concrete markers such as these were commonly erected throughout the 1900s to designate property lines in Atlanta and the rural countryside. These markers were typically plain in their design. Note, however, the inclusion of Mr. Hieronymus' initials and the date.
