Remembrance
Last on Earth, in air or sea,
These bodies now a memory.
They gave their lives for you and me
Their deaths horrific, their souls now free.

No matter what your thoughts of war,
The loss of life you can't ignore.
These people then knew so much more,
They fought to keep things as before.

So spare a minute, yes this day
To think of these now gone away.
As we live free - for them we pray
They gave up all for your today.
