Excerpt: In 1886, the Otisco Grange No. 517 was established in the Town of Otisco in Onondaga County, NY. It was organized by Clarence E. Hall with 15 charter members. In 1921, they built a hall to use for meetings and events. Prior to this, meetings were often held at the homes of members of the organization...(Submitted on August 6, 2024.)
