1. Built in 1908 Marker
Inscription. Built by C.C. Cunningham and W.R. Stalcup and known as the Cunningham Building. Originally housed Franklin Hardware Company on the first floor during the day and Franklin's first silent movie during the evening. Second floor offices were occupied by the young Dr. Furman Angel.
