1870 - Owned by H. Bloebaum. The lot size was 70' by 150' and the valuation was $750. Taxes paid that year were $3.75 (special tax) and $1.81Ό (sinking tax).
1894 - Owned by John Wilke. The lot size was 70' by 140' and the valuation was $650. Taxes paid that year were $3.25.
1906 - Owned by William and Tillie Kansteiner. William was a carrier for the U.S. Post Office.
1910-1934 - J.F Droste (Fred J. Droste) lived at the dwelling with his wife Mary. Fred was a farmer. In 1923, the lot size was 75' by 150'. The valuation was $3,450. A General Tax fund of $12.08 was paid. Taxes included $0.35 for Water Works, $0.69 for PS Bond Tax, $2.76 for a Public Bond Fund Tax, $3.45 for a Park Fund, and $0.69 for a Fire Equipment Food Tax. A General Tax Fund of $13.50 was paid. Taxes included $0.30 to Water Works, $0.60 for PS Bond Tax, $1.50 for Public Park Bond Fund Tax, $5.00 to the Park Fund, and 50.60 for the Fire Equipment Fund Tax.
1938-1967 - Gustave (Gus) W. and Alma Droste and Julius H. Droste lived at the residence. At one time, Alma worked as a seamstress. Gus and Julius worked at American Car and Foundry Company where Alma also later worked as well. In 1967, Gus retired.
1971 - Robert W. Whitelock resided in the home.
1972 - The home was occupied by Milan Hamilton.
1975-1977 - Alan and Sue Mitchell lived at the dwelling.
1979-1987 - The residence was occupied by Charles and Susan Bridges.
1998 - Mark D. and Sherry A. Mier lived in the home.
