Inscription. Brick Victorian with large bay window and south entrance foyer (c. 1893). Built for David and Katherine Dallmeyer. Owned by the Dallmeyer family until 1942. The family owned the entire block bound by Fifth St., Bayard St., Fourth St. and Randolph St.
