Excerpt about the Abe Lincoln statue: "The statue was donated to Niles from the City of Chicago 'couches' exhibit in 2001. President Lincoln and the bench are onsite in the warm months and taken down for the winter. Unfortunately, over the years weather and vandals have altered the bench and its design but each year Honest Abe comes back for visitors to enjoy!"
