The West Newton Avenue of Flags is dedicated this Memorial Day, May 30, 1994, with love of God and country by Carol L. Kelly Huber in memory of her father, David Kelly, Jr. U.S. Army, W.W. II and all Veterans of the United States of America. With heartfelt gratitude to those special people who with great faith and unwavering spirit make this Avenue of Flags our remembrance.
