Nació en Parras de la Fuente, Coahuila. Se opuso a la dictadura proclamando el "Sufragio efectivo, no reelección" Considerado "El Apóstol de la Democracia", inició la Revolución Mexicana el 20de novembre de 1910. Fue Presidente de México entre 1911 y 1913

Born in Parras de la Fuente, Coahuila. He opposed dictatorship by proclaiming the "Effective suffrage, no Reelection". Considered "The Apostle of Democracy", he initiated the Mexican Revolution on November 20, 1910 and served as President from 1911 to 1913.
