1955 schuf Arnold d’Altri (1904-1980) die Steinskulptur auf der Aussentreppe und um 1965 die Fassadenskulpturen aus Metall.
1999 neuer Glasvorbau für Réception und Frühstücksraum.

Built in 1951 by architect, hotelier and theater director Giovanni Zamboni (born 1910) as a hotel with the "Theater am Central" on the ground floor.
In 1958 the theater was converted into a movie theater, the "Kino Alba".
In 1955 Arnold d'Altri (1904-1980) created the stone sculpture on the outside staircase and around 1965 the metal facade sculptures.
In 1999 a new glass porch for the reception and breakfast room.
