Schäniserhaus
Ein rückwärtiger Kernbau aus dem 12. Jh. wurde in der mitte des 14. Jh. zur heutigen Grosse erweitert.
Um 1370 wurde im ersten Obergeschoss eine Wandmalerei mit der Darstellung eines Liebesgartens angebracht.
Nach 1857 wurde im Haus eine Gastwirtschaft eingerichtet.

From the middle of the 15th century to 1811, it was the seat of the bailiff of the Schänis monastery.
A rear core building from the 12th century was expanded to its current size in the middle of the 14th century.
Around 1370, a wall painting depicting a garden of love was installed on the first floor.
After 1857, an inn was set up in the house.
