Regarding Scottish Rite Consistory Building. The 80-foot-tall building was designed by Roland Harrison, one of Iowa's leading architects. His firm, Weatherell and Harrison, was responsible for other Masonic buildings in Iowa. This building was completed in December 1927 at a cost of about $900,000.
