The Wall of Life
To the left and around the comer, there are 3,000 laser-cut holes in a wall of steel to honor the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Of the nearly 3,000 lives lost that day, 246 were victims on the doomed flights, 125 at the Pentagon and 2,606 in New York City at and around the Twin Towers and the response teams on the ground.
