This flag pole array is dedicated to those American airmen held prisoner of war or who are missing in action in Southeast Asia who have served their country courageously and with honor. Let not their courage and dedication to their family and country be forgotten. To this end this facility is dedicated by the Civil Air Patrol, Springfield Squadron 1902 September 9, 1972
