Rectangular brick commercial building; three-bay street elevation has two-over-two sash windows with rounded top corners, corbelled brick hood moldings; recessed brick bays with diamond pattern at top, corbelled brick pendants; dogtooth panels; modern aluminum and glass shopfronts; lot owned by Thomas H. Gaither 1866-1911 and reportedly used for his tobacco factory.
