Rectangular, five-bay brick commercial building; front elevation has shaped Flemish gable parapet... Property was acquired in 1905 by John Thomas Baity, who built a two-story brick buildingfor his general store in 1906; following a fire in 1915, the building was rebuilt, mostly using original exterior walls, by Dr. R.
