1. The Danish Lutheran Church Marker
Inscription. A pioneer congregation organized Sept. 19, 1886. The church, built 1890 and hall, 1902 were the center of religious and social life. Founders were Eiler Thomsen, Anders Nielsen, Soren Meyer, Hans Ries, John and Andreas Cornelsen, Hans Jensen, and other hardy Danes. Their dedication is our heritage. In memory of Johan and Hanne Krog
