Von 1722-1903 stand an dieser stelle die Rheintor-Kaserne.
Jn den jahren 1904-06 wurde dieses haus unter der amtsführung des oberbürgermeisters beck nach plänen des hochbruamts unter der leitung des Stadtbaurats Perrey des Reg. Baumstr. Dr Jng. Eberbach des architekten Hölscher und des Bauführers Hiemenz errichtet und am 1. Okt. 1906 seiner bestimmung überceben.
From 1722 to 1903 the Rheintor Barracks stood on this site.
In the years 1904-06 this house was built under the leadership of the mayor Beck according to plans of the Hochbruamt under the direction of the city building inspector Perrey, the Reg. Baumstr. Dr. Jng. Eberbach, the architect Hölscher and the construction manager Hiemenz and was opened on October 1st, 1906.
