is a work of Peter Berndtson (1909 - 1972), an outstanding Pittsburgh architect. He closely followed the organic architectural concepts of Frank Lloyd Wright. The plaque is awarded by the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation in special recognition, 1989.
