Arretes par la police du gouvernement de vichy, complice de l'occupant nazi, plus de 11000 enfants furent deportes de france de 1942 a 1944, et assassines dans les camps de la mort parce qu'ils etaient nes juifs.

Plus de 350 de ces enfants vivaient dans le 12ème arrondissement.

Parmi eux, 60 "tout-petits" n'ont pas eu le temps de frequenter une ecole

Passant, lis leurs noms, ta memoire est leur unique sepulture.

(English translation:)
Arrested by the police of the Vichy government, accomplices of the Nazi occupiers, more than 11,000 children were deported from France from 1942 to 1944, and murdered in death camps because they were born Jewish.

More than 350 of these children lived in the 12th arrondissement.

Among them, 60 "toddlers" did not have time to attend a school
