1. Hôtel Fieubet Marker
En 1857, le comte de Lavalette l'acheta et le fit transformer par Jules Gros en un pastiche du baroque italo-espagnol. Depuis 1877, l'Ecole Massillon y est installée.
On the site of part of the royal hotel of Saint-Pol, ceded in 1519 by François I to the grand master of artillery Gallot de Genouillac, Raymond Phelypeaux, lord of Herbault, had his residence built at the end of the 16th century. This Herbault mansion was sold in 1676 to the chancellor of Queen Marie-Thérèse, Gaspard Fieubet, who had it renovated and decorated by Le Sueur and Vicotte following plans by Jules Hardouin-Mansart. Admired for its decoration and its garden, the mansion was well maintained until its transformation into a sugar refinery in 1816.
In 1857, the Count of Lavalette bought it and had it transformed by Jules Gros into a pastiche of Italo-Spanish baroque. Since 1877, the Massillon School has been located here.
