Inscription.
Robert “Allie” Hennessey, seen here with his parents, James and Hazel, tried his luck at boxing in the 1950s. Affectionately called “Dada” by his daughter, Linda, she recalls how his career consisted of only one fight which ended in a knock-out win for Allie. Concerned that he had killed his opponent, Allie decided to hang up his boxing gloves. He retired preserving a reputation for being undefeated.
