Alfed Victor Lévy, age 71, lived in Sevran, at 20, rue des Ramiers. On June 13, 1940, at 3 p.m., he was in the market square and was struck dead by a shell fragment. Born in Paris on March 12, 1869, in the second arrondissement, he emigrated to the suburbs like many Parisians from working-class backgrounds.
