Inscription.  German:

English:
The M4 Sherman was the most-built US tank of the Second World War. From 1942, between 30,000 and 40,000 pieces of this tank were built in all variants. At launch, this shell had a „piper", an explosive grenade detonated already in the pipe. The tank was then used for target practice on a military training area for a few years.
