Inscription.  This plaza is the gift of Gamma Chapter of Beta Theta Pi, the oldest chapter in continuous existence and the first chapter of a college social fraternity in Pennsylvania, to mark the 125th Anniversary of its founding in 1842 at Jefferson College.
