Inscription. The three buildings of the Ferris Block were built circa 1900, each a three-story flat-roofed commercial building. The Ferris building on the far right of the photo was rebuilt in 1949. The upper floors of each building were rental apartments. In 1975, Arthur & Theresa Breault bought the buildings and operated a clothing store on the first floor for 35 years. The Ferris Block was fully renovated in 2015, offering prime commercial space on the ground floor with 18 apartments above.
