1. Veterans Memorial Monument of Monroe County Marker

Inscription. In honor of all veterans from WWI to the present day. This monument was first dedicated by American Legion Post 240 in 1999. After falling into disrepair, it was rebuilt and refurbished by the town of Tellico Plains through generous donations from businesses and concerned citizens and rededicated in 2014.
