1. Clifton Cabin Marker
Inscription. This single room log cabin was built by Thomas Clifton in 1865 in Mt. Vernon Township and was occupied until 1920. The furnishings are representative of the wood and blacksmith-forged equipment available to the settlers of the first half of the 19th century.
