1. Lincoln's Speech Marker
Inscription. September 21, 1858 Abraham Lincoln arrived at the Wabash Station in Danville. He was followed to the Fithian Home by a parade and a company of his supporters. Later he spoke from the balcony of the home in his stocking feet, to the people in the yard below.
