1. Schwalbe Kitchen Marker

Inscription. The story and a half sandstone portion of this structure served as a residence for the kitchen boss and her family. The kitchen and dining room were located in the center section and served about forty people. The brick addition was added in 1884 for additional living quarters during the communal era.
