Inscription.  German:
Mittlerer Transporthubschrauber der in der Sowjetunion für militärische u. zivile Zwecke gebaut wurde. Zwei Triebwerke virkten auf das Rotorblatt und brachten den Hubschrauber auf eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 260 km/h. Mit 28 Passagieren flog er 500 km weit und erreichte eine Höhe von 4500 mtr.

English Translation:
Medium transport helicopter built in the Soviet Union for military and civilian purposes. Two engines acted on the rotor blade and brought the helicopter to a maximum speed of 260 km/h. With 28 passengers it flew 500 km and reached an altitude of 4500 mtr.
