Inscription. Queen Anne style house built as investment property for siblings Octavius Augustus Wiggins (1879-1934), foreman for Hilton Lumber Company; Elizabeth Wiggins Price (1873-1965), wife of Dr. Richard Jones Price; Mary Wiggins Davis (1882-1959), wife of Platt Walker Davis, President of Davis-Moore Paint Company; and Augusta Wiggins (1876-1973), school teacher and stenographer.
