Dieses Relikt aus dem 2. Weltkrieg ist die Bodengruppe eines deutschen 8,8 cm Flugabwehr-Geschützes. Es wurde ca. 1948 als Bodenfund in der Nähe von Neustadt an der der Weinstraße entdeckt und ausgegraben. Die Bodengruppe ist komplett mit allen Erdankern, mit denen das Gestell im Boden verankert wurde. Nach dem Krieg wurde es von einem Weinbauer in einem Weinberg entdeckt und ausgegraben. Es ist ein Stück Geschichte, das ca. 3 Jahre nach Kriegsende wiedergefunden wurde.
This relict from World War 2 is the mount of a German 8.8 cm anti-aircraft gun. It was discovered and unearthed near Neustadt / Weinstraße around 1948. The mount is complete with all ground anchors with which it was anchored to the ground. After the war, it was discovered by a wine grower in a vineyard and salvaged. It is a piece of history that was rediscovered 3 years after the end of the war.
