Inscription.  German:
Solche Kleinbunker waren meistens für 1-2 Mann ausgelegt und boten Schutz vor kleinkalibrigen Geschützen, Bombensplittern und Brandbomben. Die meisten der auch als LS-Zellen (LS = Luftschutz) bezeichneten Bunker haben mehrere Sehschlitze auf Augenhöhe zur Beobachtung der Umgebung.

English:
Such small bunkers were usually designed for one or two men and offered protection against small artillery guns, bomb fragments and fire bombs. Most of the bunkers, which were also referred to as LS-cells (LS is a German abbreviation for air-raid protection), had observation slits at eye height for observation of the surroundings.
