This house was built as a summer house by Mr. LaPorte so his children could enjoy the country life as he did as a young boy. The house is filled with artifacts from the descendants of the original families, including the La[P]ortes and Homets.
Erected by French Azilum Historic Site, Endless Mountains Heritage Region, and PA Dept of Conservation and Natural Resources.
