1. Ferdinand Duls House Marker
Inscription. Arts and Crafts cottage built as a wedding present for Ferdinand John Duls (1889-1969), shipping clerk with J.A. Taylor Wholesale Grocery; and wife, Lucille Wright Polvogt (1893-1959). He was an Exalted Ruler of Wilmington Lodge No. 532 Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Renovation by architect Kathryn Ross in 2004.
