1. Swann House Marker

Inscription. Queen Anne style house built as investment property for Miss Sallie Moore Swann (1823-1911). Purchased in 1909 by William Watts Drew (1841-1913), saw mill owner; and wife, Carolina Close Knox (1853-1911). They were natives of Brunswick County. Saved for preservation by Historic Wilmington Foundation in 1978.
