Inscription.

The Cour, mentioned for the first time in the early 18th century by the name of "Zum Raben", was originally an inn for travelers where famous guests, such as the author Alexandre Dumas stayed. Hotels at that time were part of the neighboring port activity. Between 1852 and 1882, the glass-makers, the Ott brothers, established their workshops here. The buildings rise up on either side of a quaint, narrow courtyard. The way in which the galleries, walkways and the staircase turret are arranged illustrates the skill of the wooden architecture. The Cour du Corbeau is therefore one of the most exciting examples of Strasbourg Renaissance architecture. Renovated between 2007 and 2010, the hotel has now returned to its past role.
