The three-story Spencer Building, also known as Spencer’s Corner, was constructed during Hot Springs’ 1880s building boom. The building faces the entire length of Bridge Street and spreads out from corners along Central and Broadway. Its first occupants included the Hot Springs Valley Bank and the Woodcock Brothers’ Grocery Store.
