1. The LeCroy Building Marker
Inscription.
The LeCroy Building was erected in 1928 as three separate storefronts. Over the years it has served as the Garland County Library, Sears Roebuck & Company, Western Auto and several restaurants. The building was last occupied by a radio station in the 1960’s, and as a warehouse for Harper Furniture which was located next door from 1927 until 2004. The building was remodeled in 2005 as the downtown residence of the Kloss family. This area is known as The Market District, and contains several Kloss family businesses.
