Inscription. Part of this building dates to the 1890's and began its history as a Tin and Stove Shop. It originally had a dirt floor and was used as a tin shop until about 1913. A produce shop was in this location in 1915, and it was noted that one wall was iron clad. In the 1920's and 1930's a battery repair shop operated here.
