1. 21st and Cass Marker
Inscription. The Cass and King Streets Residential Historic District, extending west to West Avenue, developed as the city's most fashionable neighborhood between the 1880,s and 1940. This district, featuring many of the city's best Queen Anne and Prairie School style houses, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997
