1. Jaffé House Marker
Inscription. Tudor Revival style house built for Harry Jaffé (1887-1962), native of Leeds, England; and wife, Dora Wolff (1887-1973), Native of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, proprietors of Castle Street Furniture Company. Mirror image cottage design attributed to son-in-law, Harry Stein. Inherited by daughter, Minnie Jaffé Stein in 1973 and remained in family until 1991.

2. Jaffé House Marker
is the mirror image of the neighboring house to the south, the Harry Stein House. Stein acquired both lots in 1932 and had both houses built simultaneously. He and his wife Minnie occupied the house at 314 N. 15th St. while the Jaffés lived in this house.
