Regarding Leone Graziani. The text commemorates Leone Graziani, a notable figure in the Italian Risorgimento. He was a relative of the Bandiera brothers (Giuseppe and Domenico), who were prominent patriots fighting against Austrian rule in northern Italy. In 1848, Venice revolted against Austrian domination, and during this time, Leone Graziani supported the Republic of San Marco, led by Daniele Manin. This was part of the broader series of uprisings across Italy during the First Italian War of Independence.
