Inscription.
Of what remains, one dove rises heavenward for each of the fallen,
Two hands rise in hope, with strength to bear our great sorrow.
"Reflect"

In honor and memory of the nearly 3,000 innocent victims and heroic first responders who died on September 11, 2001.

- W. Churchill
