Inscription. Craftsman bungalow built for Suell Winston Blanchard (1887-1962), native of Warsaw, NC, carpenter and electrician for Electric Repair & Service Company; and wife, Estell Shepard (1899-1971), assistant branch manager, Reed's Millinery.
