Inscription. Bungalow built for Charles R. Blomme (1870-1942), draftsman for Leslie N. Boney, architect; and wife, Leida Whitney (1868-1941), native of Charleston, SC. Purchased in 1975 by Rrobert Lee Joe (1930- ), employee with Corbett Package Company; and wife, Margaret Williamson (1934-), native of Darlington, SC.
