3. Verdun Marker
Regarding Verdun. Very difficult to translate. This plaque is a memorial to the rebuilding of Verdun after WW1. Small excerpt of Poincare's speeches during the war are also on the gate that talk about rebuilding Verdun. The Victory Monument was also unveiled on this day in Verdun.

In the shelter of a victorious peace.
