a dedicated Rotarian
Thomas Duffer Rosenbauer
06/13/52 - 08/29/23

Duffer was the founder and visionary of Ottawa's annual music festival "Little" Nashville. Starting in 2013, Little Nashville occurs the first Friday in August. The event is responsible for significant fundraising for community revitalization and the Ottawa-Glandorf Rotary Club's service efforts. Rotary will be forever grateful for his love of this community.
