2. The Pepsi Building Marker
The Pepsi Building is a refurbished historic warehouse now managed by Danville Parks & Recreation as an event space. The Marker documents the historical beverage-based businesses that previously occupied the building, including the C. T. Brown Brewing Co. from 1885 - 1889, the Robert Portnor Brewing Co. from 1889 - 1931, the Gibson Beverage Co. from 1931 - 1936, and the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. from 1936 - 1954.

3. The Pepsi Building
The windows are 6/6 double-sash with a gentle arch mimicked in the surrounding brick. A decorative motif is on the small arched portion of the window molding and above the front entrance, which also includes a double-pane transom window. In the center of the front is a fanlight, shown here above the lettering of the restored Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. sign.

The Pepsi Building is a refurbished historic warehouse, consisting of a long front-gable building with a low-pitched, metal roof.

7. Pepsi Building Dedication Plaque
The Pepsi Building was restored in 1996, with assistance from the Pepsi-Cola Co. This dedication plaque is installed inside the building.
